Novashi Solutions was founded by a service disabled U.S. Army veteran who believes service does not end with the uniform. After transitioning from military service, our founder set out to build a company that would continue serving others, create meaningful opportunities, and deliver lasting value.
Guided by the resilience, discipline, and integrity developed through military service, Novashi Solutions provides cybersecurity, technology, strategic consulting, professional services, workforce solutions, and operational support. We help government agencies and organizations strengthen their operations and accomplish their missions.

The company was originally envisioned as a government technology firm. It has since evolved into a broader mission solutions organization, capable of supporting clients across technology, consulting, workforce development, operations, and professional services. As Novashi grows, the long-term vision is to become a trusted partner across both government and commercial sectors, while building a legacy of meaningful community impact.
Novashi Solutions’ commitment to service beyond business was shaped by the memory of Raymond’s late aunt and her courageous battle with ovarian cancer. That experience is the foundation for our values and for the community initiatives we are building for the future.
